Armed Security Operator

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

​Armed Security Operators are responsible for providing armed protection and security services to safeguard personnel, property, and assets in a variety of environments. This role involves performing security patrols, monitoring and responding to security incidents, and maintaining a high level of vigilance to deter and respond to potential threats. The Armed Security Operator will be integral in ensuring the safety and security of client operations through proactive and reactive measures.

APPLICANT ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Supervise and train assigned regional operations staff in identifying customer requirements and overseeing development of appropriate work processes to meet customer needs

​

  • Collect, analyze, review, and approve subordinate reports, verifying content and compliance to fulfill CDRLs

​

  • Conduct site visits and communicate with leadership, customer representatives, and operations teams regarding changes, recommendations, concerns, and guidance on emerging operational issues impacting CDRL criteria and related projects

​

  • Act as point-of-contact between customer and company in absence of Operations Director

​

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Minimum six (4) years of experience in security operations, logistics or related field with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.

​

  • Bachelor’s Degree in operations, logistics, quality control, or associated discipline; may substitute two (2) additional years of experience in related field for each year of college.

​

  • Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

​

  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.

​

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

​

  • Team-oriented and treats others with dignity, humanity and respect.

​

  • Valid passport.

Field Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations to ensure the successful execution of missions and adherence to safety and legal standards. This role involves managing and leading a team of security personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, and providing strategic direction and support during operations. The Field Supervisor will be instrumental in planning, executing, and evaluating field activities, as well as addressing any operational issues that arise in real-time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and assessments of intelligence data to support strategic and operational objectives. This includes gathering, evaluating, and interpreting information from a variety of sources such as open-source intelligence (OSINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and imagery intelligence (IMINT). The role involves producing actionable intelligence reports, identifying trends and patterns, assessing threats and risks, and providing recommendations to enhance mission effectiveness.

APPLICANT ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct Intelligence Assessments: Analyze and evaluate intelligence data from various sources to produce actionable insights and detailed reports that inform strategic and operational decisions.

​

  • Prioritize Intelligence Tasks: Manage and prioritize intelligence collection and analysis tasks, focusing on high-priority threats and key intelligence requirements that align with mission objectives.

  • Monitor and Respond to Threats: Stay vigilant to ongoing and emerging threats, leveraging real-time data and analysis to identify and assess potential risks that may impact operational security.​​

  • Utilize Analytical Tools: Employ advanced analytical tools and techniques to process and interpret complex data, including GIS, data mining, and statistical analysis, to support intelligence operations.

  • Stay Informed on Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and evolving threats to continuously improve intelligence methodologies and enhance overall effectiveness.​​​

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

​​

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications (e.g., Certified Intelligence Analyst) are preferred.

​

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field, preferably within a military, defense, or security context.

​

  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources, identify trends, and produce actionable intelligence reports.

​

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with intelligence analysis software and tools (e.g., i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, ArcGIS) and strong skills in data mining, statistical analysis, and geographic information systems (GIS).

​

  • Knowledge of Intelligence Disciplines: Familiarity with various intelligence disciplines including OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), SIGINT (Signals Intelligence), HUMINT (Human Intelligence), and IMINT (Imagery Intelligence).​​

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

IT Engineers areresponsible for testing physical, logical, and electronic protection of data, including cloud, corporate, web application, intrusion detection/prevention, virus protection, and more, as well as Digital Forensics, Vulnerability Research, Reverse Engineering, Software/Hardware Engineering, and Operational Consultancy. 

APPLICANT ACCOUNTABILITIES:

​

  • Resolve incidents and problem tickets issued against supported devices within published SLAs.

​

  • Prioritize competing support requests/incidents across multiple supported applications and maintain focus on solving the highest priority and highest business impact issues first.

​

  • Maintain awareness of planned and unplanned system-wide changes and application deployments that might impact application availability for users. Take the necessary steps to prepare for and prevent application outages due to these changes.

​

  • Use monitoring data in combination with other sources to analyze the risk of a successful attack.

​

  • Proactively recommend new tools, techniques, and procedures to enhance SOC performance and quickly learn new tools as they are introduced.

​

  • Perform network packet capture and log artifact analysis of suspected computer intrusions.

​

  • Actively search all areas of the internal network for hidden threats and vulnerabilities.

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

​

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Three additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

​

  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

  • 2-5 year of digital forensics experience

​

  • 4-6 years of cyber security incident response experience.

​

  • 1-2 years of Pen Testing experience.

​

  • 2-4 years of experience performing forensic acquisition and examination of Windows, Unix/Linux, Macintosh-based computers and servers in a corporate enterprise environment.
